M still coughing - the inhaler does nothing at all (which part of me is pleased about as that means she's not asthmatic, right?) - and knackered because the cough is keeping her awake so very fragile. She lost so much weight when she seemed to catch one cold after another. Each cold brought a new cough and each cough led to vomiting. To help her keep milk down at night we found "Calpol Night" to help and giving her milk diluted 50:50 with water - to reduce the "sliminess". It was probably hardest on Serena and I - we too lost weight and looked exhausted for the whole 6 months. We didn't find that the inhaler worked for us, but things did slowly improve and Lauren has regrown her robustness (right up to the point that she caught chicken pox!). Ho Hum!
